The Canadian Association of Critical Care Nurses is incorporated under the Canada Not For Profit Corporation Act and is governed by the regulations contained in the constitution and bylaws and such other bylaws as from time to time may be in force.

|Code of Conduct||This Code of Conduct represents the Association’s commitment to high standards. It should be regarded as minimum expectations for performance. Members who fail to comply with the Code of Conduct policy shall be considered in violation of the agreement and will be subject to appropriate remedial/corrective action.|
|Committee Representative Policy||To facilitate requests, criteria has been established to ensure that relevant and consistent representation of critical care nursing is considered in all partner requests. This criteria is used in the selection process for external committee members.|
|Conflict of Interest||This policy defines CACCN policies regarding conflict of interest, in a manner consistent with encouraging the highest ethical standards as an incorporated|
not-for-profit association and consistent with the Association’s policies, that directors, employees and members of not-for-profit associations should not
receive benefits by virtue of their position and board, committee, member service.
