  • Thank you for your abstract submissions. Notification of acceptance will be issued early in April 2026.
  • The abstract submission deadline was Thursday, February 26 at 1600 hrs Eastern Time. After that date, we are unable to accept additional submissions.

  • CACCN Member Rate Criteria: Member at the time of conference registration or becomes a member prior to registration.
  • Non-Member Rate Criteria: Not a CACCN Member at the time of conference registration and does not becomes a member prior to registration.
  • Undergraduate Student Rate Criteria: Must meet the CACCN Undergraduate student criteria: Student nurse in an accredited professional nursing program who is not currently licensed as a nurse (RN, LPN, RPN). Confirmation of student status is required.

Accommodation

  • Reservations may be completed using ResLink or by contacting the hotel at 800-268-1133.
  • Room type (rates per night):
    • Standard/Double – $ 349; Triple – $ 369; Quad $ 389.
    • Waterview – Standard/Double – $ 389; Triple $ 409; Quad $429.
    • Rates are subject to applicable taxes (currently 18.45% Nov2025).
  • All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.
  • Reservations may be available 3 days prior to and 3 days following the dates of the event, subject to availability.
  • Reservations must be received by September 1, 2026. After this date, the hotel may accept reservations based on available space.

International Attendees

  • As we anticipate less than 10 international attendees (not including the US), the conference does not qualify for registration with the IRCC.
  • CACCN may provide an invitation letter upon request, however the following requirements apply:
    • Applicant must complete AND pay for conference registration (opens in Spring 2026) via the online registration system.
    • Once the applicant has completed and paid the conference registration, complete the International Delegate Form (form will be open/active when registration opens)
    • By submitting the application, the applicant has read and understands the following information:
    • International Delegate Letter Requests close July 31, 2026 @ 1600 hrs ET.
    • Should a visa be denied – the conference cancellation policies will be in effect.
  • CACCN is unable to assist with Visa applications, travel, accommodations, meals and tuition funding and cannot make exceptions for the international attendee requirements.
  • Cancellation
    • Cancellation for refund of the conference registration less the 30% administration fee must be submitted in writing by no later than the final registration deadline date (TBD).
    • After the final deadline date (TBD), no refunds will be provided.
