CACCN has been fortunate to host exhibitors and sponsors and offer well-structured exhibit halls for breaks/lunch. Some of our exhibitors have been with us for well over 40 years! Year after year, our exhibit partners express that the CACCN conference is a must attend event. Dedicated exhibit hours (breaks/lunches) provide our exhibitors and sponsors with the opportunity to interact with delegates, sharing information, practice and products. Although offering dedicated exhibit hours, the hall is also open throughout the day for delegates to visit at a more leisurely pace. Exhibitors may also include information, practice and products through delegate bag inserts.

Shipping – important information!
- Direct-to-site shipments may arrive only during scheduled exhibit move-in times on September 28.
- Freight received before exhibit move-in may be refused by the venue or redirected to the Global Advance Warehouse, with related expenses and fees billed to the exhibitor.
- Material handling fees: All materials entering the facility will incur material handling fees, including use of the loading dock, elevator access to the show floor, and any equipment used to deliver materials to your booth or another designated area.

There may be availability at the hotel, however the nightly room price will likely not be the room block rate. Although the Delta reservations desk may advise that CACCN is able to move additional rooms into our room block at the conference rate – unfortunately that is not the case.
