  • Sponsors and Exhibitors may offer additional educational programming through Pre-Conference activities on September 28.
  • Once registration opens – CACCN members be sure to register and pay for your registration under the early bird rates for another chance to win your registration fees. Criteria: must be a member for 1 year or longer (membership active before August 14, 2025). Registration fees will be reimbursed by cheque.
  • Early bird rates expire: August 24 @ 1600 hrs ET.
  • Regular rates expire: September 10 @ 1600 hrs ET.

  • Two Day Registration – $ 550 + tax
  • One Day Registration – $ 300 + tax

CACCN Member Rates – Regular – registration after August 24

  • Two Day Registration – $ 650 + tax
  • One Day Registration – $ 400 + tax

Non-Member Rates – Early Bird – registration before August 24

  • Two Day Registration – $ 750 + tax
  • One Day Registration – $ 500 + tax

Undergraduate Nursing Students – Early Bird – registration before August 24

  • Two Day Registration – $ 300 + tax

Undergraduate Nursing Students – Regular – registration after August 24

  • Two Day Registration – $ 400 + tax
  • One Day Registration – Not applicable
  • Tax = 15% HST
  • Registration Criteria:
    • CACCN Member Criteria: Member at the time of conference registration or becomes a member prior to registration.
    • Non-Member Criteria: Not a CACCN Member at the time of conference registration and does not become a member prior to registration.
    • Undergraduate Student Criteria: Student nurse in an accredited professional nursing program who is not currently licensed as a nurse (RN, LPN, RPN). Confirmation of student status at the time of registration is required.
  • Tuition Subsidies/Registration Codes: may only be used for Early Bird registration. Coupons will not be honoured after the early bird registration date of August 24.
  • Cancellation: Cancellation for refund of the conference registration less the 30% administration fee must be submitted in writing by no later than the final registration deadline date September 10, 2026. After the final deadline date September 10, 2026, no refunds will be provided.

International Attendees

  • As we anticipate less than 10 international attendees (not including the US), the conference does not qualify for registration with the IRCC. CACCN may provide an invitation letter upon request. CACCN is unable to assist with Visa applications, travel, accommodations, meals and tuition funding and cannot make exceptions for the international attendee requirements.
  • International Attendees must complete AND pay for conference registration (opens early June) via the online registration system.
  • Once the applicant has completed and paid the conference registration, complete the International Delegate Form (form will be open/active when registration opens)
  • By submitting the application, the applicant has read and understands the following information:
    • International Delegate Letter Requests close July 31, 2026 @ 1600 hrs ET.
    • Should a visa be denied – the conference cancellation policies will be in effect.
  • Cancellation Policy for refund of the conference registration less the 30% administration fee must be submitted in writing by no later than the final registration deadline date September 10, 2026. After the final deadline date September 10, 2026, no refunds will be provided.

  • Reservations may be completed using ResLink or by contacting the hotel at 800-268-1133.
  • Room type (rates per night):
    • Standard/Double – $ 349; Triple – $ 369; Quad $ 389.
    • Waterview – Standard/Double – $ 389; Triple $ 409; Quad $429.
    • Rates are subject to applicable taxes (was 18.45% Nov2025).
  • All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.
  • Reservations may be available 3 days prior to and 3 days following the dates of the event, subject to availability.
  • Reservations must be received by September 1, 2026. After this date, the hotel may accept reservations based on available space.
  • NOTE: if you are planning to arrive early or stay after the conference and wish to book additional nights at the Delta Hotels Prince Edward, you will need to call the hotel / reservations directly to make your reservation.
