CACCN has been fortunate to host exhibitors and sponsors and offer well-structured exhibit halls for breaks/lunch. Some of our exhibitors have been with us for well over 40 years!
Year after year, our exhibit partners express that the CACCN conference is a must attend event.
Dedicated exhibit hours (breaks/lunches) provide our exhibitors and sponsors with the opportunity to interact with delegates, sharing information, practice and products. Although offering dedicated exhibit hours, the hall is also open throughout the day for delegates to visit at a more leisurely pace. Exhibitors may also include information, practice and products through delegate bag inserts.

- Each space includes: pipe/draping, 1 dual amp outlet, 1 table, 2 chairs, 2 exhibit badges
- 10′ x 10′: $ 3,300 + tax early bird / $ 3,500 + tax regular rate
- 10′ x 20′: $ 5,300 + tax early bird / $ 5,500 + tax regular rate
- 10′ x 30′: $ 7,300 + tax early bird / $ 7,500 + tax regular rate
- 10′ x 40′: $ 9,300 + tax early bird / $ 9,500 + tax regular rate
- Not for Profit Table Space
- Each space includes pipe/draping, 1 table, 1 chair and 1 exhibit badge
- Tables may be outside of the main exhibit hall.
- Early Bird: $ 1,000 + tax / Regular: $1,300 + tax
- Table space is reserved for NFP associations who hold Not for Profit status under the Canada Not-for-profit corporations Act.

- Room type (rates per night):
- Standard/Double – $ 349; Triple – $ 369; Quad $ 389.
- Waterview – Standard/Double – $ 389; Triple $ 409; Quad $429.
- Rates are subject to applicable taxes (currently 18.45% Nov2025).
- All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.
- Reservations may be available 3 days prior to and 3 days following the dates of the event, subject to availability.
- Reservations must be received by September 1, 2026. After this date, the hotel may accept reservations based on available space.
