The CACCN holds a number of meetings throughout the year to plan Association business, determine policy/procedures and further the objectives of the Association.

| Annual General Meeting | The annual meeting is held annually within six months following our year end (April 30). Active members (voting members) and Affiliates are welcome to meet and review the Association’s annual report and financial audit for the previous year, learn about new initiatives, board election results and provide direction to the Association leadership. |
| Board of Directors | The Board of Directors meet throughout the year by tele/video conference and in person, twice annually – March and September. |
| National Committees | Committee meetings are held at the discretion of the Committee Chair. |
| Chapter Connections | The Board of Directors and Chapter Leadership may meet via tele/video conference throughout the year and in person annually – September. |
| Chapter Meetings | Chapters hold meetings and education days at their discretion. Chapters hold a general meeting of the membership on an annual basis. |
