Registration Processing

Continuous Renewal

Read the Continuous Renewal FAQs before proceeding with your online membership registration. Processing membership via the online system with a credit card, is providing consent for continuous renewal of the membership. Continuous renewal can be removed at any time up to 15 days before the next renewal. Renewal payments processed via Continuous Renewal will not be refunded, if the member has not cancelled the continuous renewal a minimum of 15 days prior the date the renewal is processed.


New Member

Click Join Now to create a user profile. Once completed, membership may be processed using Visa, MasterCard, AMEX. Review the Registration Information (below) before proceeding.

Group registration cannot be processed online – see group membership below. Undergraduate Student Registrations are currently complimentary – see below for processing information. Those holding a registered nursing license do not quality for undergraduate student status.

Renewing Member or Updating your Membership Profile

Student and group registration cannot be processed online.

Click Renew Now to access your member profile. Once in the system, membership may be processed using Visa, MasterCard, AMEX.

Sign in: User name:   your email address on file with CACCN; Password: your choice. If you have forgotten your password, please select password reset on the registration page.

Registration Information

  1. Memberships/Registrations expire 12 months from date of processing (i.e., January 1, 2025 – renewal January 31, 2026).
  2. Membership/Registration Fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable as per the Membership/Registration Policy.
  3. Payment by credit card
    • Complete through the online system below using Visa, MasterCard or AMEX. (Chrome browser preferred).
    • By processing the membership/registration online the individual is acknowledging they have read, understand and are in agreement with the Continuous Renewal FAQs. Continuing to proceed through the online processing and processing payment is ‘consent’ by the individual to enrolment in the Continuous Renewal program.
    • Scan registration form and email to caccn@caccn.ca with credit card information.
    • Registrations completed by credit card payment are automatically registered in the continuous renewal program (exceptions: student, group registrations). Read the continuous renewal FAQs before proceeding. Continuous renewal may be cancelled up to 15 days prior to the renewal date. After processing, membership fees processed under continuous renewal are non-refundable.
  4. Payment by Cheque: Return the registration form (pg1&2) by mail with cheque to CACCN, PO Box 25322, London, ON, N6C 6B1. Remember to add taxes based on province of residence. NSF cheques – $25.00 processing fees.

Joint Membership
One registration + One membership fee = two associations! Take advantage of membership with the Canadian Association of Critical Care Nurses (CACCN) and the Canadian Council of Cardiovascular Nurses (CCCN). Registration is only required on one association site.
Current CACCN Members wishing to take the joint membership mid-term – please contact National Office at caccn@caccn.ca to have the joint membership prorated.

How to register? Fill out a profile online, do not process payment. Email caccn@caccn.ca with your confirmation of undergraduate student status.

Student nurse in an accredited professional nursing program who is not currently licensed as a registered nurse (RN, LPN, RPN). Non-voting registration. May hold office at the chapter executive level and may serve on national committees but may not hold a National Board position.

Graduate nurses holding a registered nursing license do not quality for student registration and will be required to provide the full active/affiliate payment upon request and may have the membership suspended until payment is received.

Group

Cannot be completed online.
Registered Nurses and/or Employees of hospitals, healthcare related institutions or agencies interested in fostering the purposes and objectives of the CACCN. All registrants must work at the same physical site OR report to the same Direct Supervisor. Name and Email of the Unit/Nurse Manager or Direct Supervisor will be required. All registrations must be received at one time with payment OR an invoice requested. Registration will stay with the individual for the remainder of the membership year and are non-transferrable. Refer to criteria above for information on registration type

How to register? Complete the registration form for all Group registrants and forward to caccn@caccn.ca with credit card information or mail the applications with a cheque to the address on the form or request an invoice for payment.  Registrations will not be active until payment is received.

Fill out a profile online for each group member. Contact caccn@caccn.ca with group attendees, credit card information or request an invoice for corporate payment.  Registrations will not be active until payment is received.
