Criteria – Registration Type
- Member rate: applies to anyone who is a member of CACCN or becomes a member before registering for the educational event. Members will receive the discount coupon code via email or you can email caccn@caccn.ca for the code once registration is open.
- Non-member rate: applies to anyone who is not a member of CACCN and does not become a member before registering for the educational event.
- Undergraduate student rate: applies to anyone who meets the student criteria: Student nurse in an accredited professional nursing program who is not currently licensed (RN, LPN, RPN). Must send confirmation of Undergraduate Student status to caccn@caccn.ca to receive the coupon discount code.
Registration Coupon Discount Code Policy
- Coupon codes are only available to CACCN members and verified undergraduate student nurses.
- The member discount code was sent via email and is available in the Members Only area.
- These codes cannot be shared and must be used at the time of registration to be valid.
- Registrations utilizing the coupon code(s) will be verified with the CACCN membership list.
Refund Policy
- Refund of payment will be provided up to October 6, 2025 at 1600 hrs. ET LESS a 15% administration fee on the full ticket amount.
- Refunds will not be provided for cancellations after October 6 at 1600 hrs ET.
- All refunds will be issued by cheque/Canada Post after the educational event.
- Refunds will not be provided for registrations where eligible for the discount and the discount is not utilized at the time of registration.
