$90,144 – $123,889 (per annum inclusive of applicable allowances)
Or $80,345 – $91,963 Base annual salary (plus applicable allowances).
Remote and/or isolated First Nations communities in northern Ontario, Manitoba, and Alberta.
Travel / outpost nursing rotations may vary and will include a combinaton of days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Two years independent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (in the last five years) in one or more of the following areas: Health Promotion / Disease Prevention; Communicable Disease Control; Population Health Assessment; and/or Emergency Preparedness, Surveillance and Response.

Registered Nurse, Public Health, ISC

First Nations and Inuit Health Branch (FN IHB) is seeking experienced nurse practitioners to join their nursing team in First Nations communities in northern Ontario, Manitoba and Alberta.
Nurse Practitioners deliver comprehensive primary health care services to clients at every stage of life that may include autonomous diagnosis and illness treatment, ordering and interpret in g tests, prescribing medications and perform in g minor medical procedures. They educate clients and their families about healthy living, disease prevention and managing illness, while incorporating new knowledge into their practice. You will have access to supports from Nurse Practice Consultants and a Nurse Practitioner community of practice.
You will work alongside community members that may provide security, reception, maintenance, housekeeping and community health support services.
